Our Hero Steve is home safely
Steve arrived to a HERO'S WELCOME in Underberg. He was is great spirits, but very THIN!!! Thank you again Steve and also to all who contributed in so many ways to make this possible. There is just over R40 000 in the bank so far, but many pledges still to come - thank you to each an every one of you. Bless you all and THANK YOU again to Steve and Lulu for all you have done... We love and salute you..xxx

Well guys steve did it, he ran swam and even cycled all the way to Knysna xxx
AMAZING ;] HE ARRIVED YESTERDAY EVEN WITH AN INJURED ANKLE HE WAS STILL DETERMINED 2 RUN THE LAST BIT INTO KNYSNA;]

STEVE HAS ARRIVED IN KNYSNA
Can you believe it!! He has arrived in Knysna and is exhausted but in good spirits!! Please let all the people you know that he will be at Knysna Athletic Club at 17H30 on Thursday 17th to meet press and supporters! EPIC RUN BECOMES EPIC TRIATHLON
Steve picked up ankle injury at Storms River and Lulu bought him a bike so that he could finish yesterday!! Steve you are amazing! All going well he will be in Plett tonight. The Knysna Athletic Club will meet Steve at the Garden of Eden and run him into town! Please tell all you know in Knysna they plan to arrive at the Athletic Club at about 18H00 - He really does deserve a HERO's WELOME!!

Steve welcomed in style at Humewood Hotel PE
Steve arrived safely in Port Elizabeth and says that he received the warmest welcome from Dave Snuggs and he is in great spirits and ready to meet the locals and the Round Tablers!

Steve back with us..
Bad weather only allowed Steve to do 23km but he made it to Cannon Rock and today was ready to tackle the sand dunes and Lulu is meeting him every 10km along the road. He will stay over wherever he "lands" tonight and is confident he will be in PE on Friday night, and it is Lee's birthday!!(23 tomorrow) He plans to make Jeffery's Bay on Saturday and Knysna on tuesday late afternoon! Our love and thoughts are with you always..xxx

YESTERDAY WAS A VERY LONG DAY FOR STEVE. WELL DONE STEVE!!!! YOU RAN 70KM IN 11 HRS. YOU ARE AMAZING!!!**
TODAY HE RAN 23KMS 2 KENTON ON SEA THE WIND WAS WAS VERY STRONG AND WASNT NICE TO RUN WITH THE WIND BEATING ON STEVES FACE SO HES FEELING A BIT DOWN BUT SHOULD FEEL BETTER L8R WHEN HE HAS A INTERVIEW WITH THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER AND DINNER WITH HIS FRIENDS!!!!!; ) Steve & Lulu's friends in Port Alfred very kindly pledged R5000 WOW AWESOME THANK U FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!! OMG WE NEARLY LOST OUR STEVE;O
HEY GUYS STEVE DID A HARD 62KMs 2DAY AND WE NEARLY LOST HIM IN A RIVER!!!DAMMITAdrian n Lulu had to help him out n the river was freeziinnng so they warmed him up in long hot shower he says he is ok;] they r in Hamburg tonight....... AFTER SOME CALCULATION STEVES BEEN GOING 4 15 DAYS WITH 2 REST DAYS AND DONE AN AVERAGE OF 47,08KMs A DAY... THATS MORE THAN A MARATHON;P... Wow steve u r truely smthing else

Just passed 500km mark
Our Steve made it to Trennery's last night - thank you to Sally for hosting him they say you live in Paradise! Steve very upbeat and will be at Haga Haga tonight - then long haul to East London!

43km and two rivers crossed
Steve is in good spirits despite blister on his ankle! He did 43 km yesterday swam one river and was hosted by THE HAVEN last night. He has a long day ahead to get to MAZEPPA BAY! We are so proud of him...xxx

50km takes STEVE 10 HOURS
Our Steve is amazing - he is in very difficult terrain on Wild Coast and it took him 10 hours to run 50km including crossing a large river! He will be in Mazeppa Bay tonight after another long day! Keep him in your thoughts and prayers!
